Introduction

Sacred Legacy Portal™ respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information and private content you entrust to the Portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, when information may be processed by service providers, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to Sacred Legacy Portal™ across supported web and mobile experiences.

1) Information We Collect

The information collected depends on the features you choose to use. It may include:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, account identifier, profile information, membership status, and account preferences.
• Profile and spiritual-interest information that you voluntarily add to your profile, such as spiritual interests, favorite crystals, zodiac information, biography information, or similar preferences.
• Astrology information. If you use personalized astrology features, you may provide birth date, birth time, birth city or region, country, time zone, and related birth-location information needed to calculate astrological information.
• Private user-created content, including information you choose to create or save in Portal features, which may include journal entries, Book of Shadows entries, spell formulas, ritual formulas, Sacred Space designs, divination readings, testing records, quiz results, notes, intentions, uploaded images, and other personal spiritual work.
• Feature inputs and interactions, including questions, intentions, card selections, readings, prompts, or other information you submit when using interactive, divination, astrology, or AI-assisted features.
• Subscription and transaction information necessary to recognize your membership, subscription status, subscription provider, and access level.
• App activity and technical information related to use of the Portal, feature activity, application performance, authentication, security, and troubleshooting.
• Push-notification information if you enable supported notifications, including technical subscription information needed to deliver those notifications.

2) How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
• Provide the features and content you request.
• Save and retrieve your personal journals, spiritual work, designs, readings, and other user-created content.
• Provide personalized astrology, divination, educational, and interactive experiences.
• Determine membership level and provide access to Free, Premium, Advanced Practitioner, or other applicable features.
• Process and administer subscriptions through authorized payment or app-store providers.
• Send service-related communications and supported notifications.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve Portal performance and usability.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and security obligations.

3) Private Spiritual Content

Sacred Legacy Portal™ includes features intended for personal spiritual practice and reflection. User-created journals, Book of Shadows entries, saved spells, rituals, Sacred Spaces, readings, notes, and similar personal content are not intended to be publicly shared with other Portal members unless a feature specifically tells you otherwise.

Access controls are used to associate private saved content with its owner and authorized administrative access where necessary for operation, security, or support.

4) Images and Uploaded Files

Some Portal features allow you to upload images or files. Private Book of Shadows image uploads are stored using private file references and are displayed through temporary authorized access links.

Older content created before private-file handling was introduced may use legacy file-storage methods. Sacred Legacy Portal™ does not intentionally make private spiritual content publicly discoverable.

5) Astrology Services

Personalized astrology features may require birth-related information to be transmitted to an astrology service provider so requested charts, calculations, or interpretations can be produced.

Sacred Legacy Portal™ limits the information sent for this purpose to information needed to provide the requested astrology feature. Your Sacred Legacy account email address is not used as the identifying name supplied to the astrology calculation service.

6) AI-Assisted and Interactive Features

Certain Portal features may use artificial-intelligence or language-model services to help provide interpretations, educational explanations, spiritual guidance, or other interactive responses.

Information you submit to those features, and information necessary to generate the requested response, may be processed by service providers used to operate those features.

Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that is not necessary for the spiritual or educational feature you are using.

7) Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription payments are processed by authorized third-party payment or app-store providers. Sacred Legacy Portal™ may receive and store information necessary to identify your subscription, membership level, transaction or subscription status, and access rights.

Sacred Legacy Portal™ does not receive or store your complete payment-card number, card security code (CVV), or bank-account credentials as part of its normal subscription processing.

Payment providers may collect and process additional information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

8) Service Providers

Sacred Legacy Portal™ relies on service providers to operate portions of the Portal. Depending on the features you use, these may include providers supporting:

• application hosting, authentication, and data storage;
• payment and subscription processing;
• astrology calculations and related services;
• AI-assisted or language-model features;
• email and service communications;
• push notifications;
• analytics, application performance, and security; and
• mobile application distribution and app-store services.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on behalf of Sacred Legacy Portal™ or according to their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

9) Selling Personal Information

Sacred Legacy Portal™ does not sell your personal information. Personal information is not sold to advertisers or data brokers for monetary compensation.

10) Local Storage and Saved Preferences

The Portal may use browser or device storage to maintain authentication, preferences, feature state, cached information, drafts, favorites, or other information needed to provide a smoother experience.

Some locally stored information may remain on a device until it is cleared by the application, browser, operating system, or user.

11) Data Security

Sacred Legacy Portal™ uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect user information and restrict access to private account content.

No online service, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should not share their passwords or account access.

12) Data Retention

Account information and user-created content may be retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the Portal's services.

Some information may be retained for a reasonable period when necessary for security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, accounting, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational requirements. Third-party service providers may also retain information according to their own legal and operational requirements.

13) Subscription Cancellation Is Not Account Deletion

Canceling, downgrading, allowing a subscription to expire, or losing paid access does not by itself delete your Sacred Legacy Portal™ account or your saved personal content. This allows saved journals, Book of Shadows entries, spells, rituals, Sacred Spaces, readings, and other eligible saved work to remain associated with your account if you later resume access.

14) Account and Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your Sacred Legacy Portal™ account and associated user data.

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. When you explicitly delete your account, Sacred Legacy Portal™ initiates deletion of the account and associated user-owned records covered by the account-deletion process.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, or other legitimate operational purposes. Some underlying data handled by third-party service providers may also be subject to their retention practices.

15) Your Choices

Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to review or update account information, choose whether to use optional features, control supported notifications, cancel a subscription, or request deletion of your account and associated data.

16) Children's Privacy

Sacred Legacy Portal™ is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe personal information from a child has been provided improperly, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

17) Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Sacred Legacy Portal™ develops, features change, service providers change, or legal requirements evolve. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
